  • Inventory management
If you're talking about physical inventory (i.e., housing and inventory management) I use a company called Red Stag. I pay anywhere around $1k-$3k per month (varies on the season bcs of the items I sell). Source: almost 2 years ago
  • 8 Pros And Cons Of Dropshipping
Those middleman benefits are spot on! Also, I think you can have control on stocks if you use a fulfillment center (esp.3PL fulfillment) -- I've been dropshipping for 5 years now, and using a 3PL company helps me manage my stocks. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Need help deciding between 3PL vs Warehouse fulfilment?
It depends on what you're looking for. A 3PL is a good option if you need help with order fulfillment and don't have the staff or resources to do it in-house. • What to look for in a 3PL?
You should also ask for references from other companies that have worked with the 3PL in the past and ask about the quality services and handling. And most importantly, find a 3PL that is cost-effective/or offers a reasonable cost, and can adapt to your specific needs. Because not all 3PLs are created equal. So be sure to do your research and ask lots of questions before making a decision. Source: about 2 years ago
  • 3PL is that correct?
Hhhhhmmm I use this company for my fulfillment - https://redstagfulfillment.com/, I sell nonperishable goods though, so not sure if they cater to plants too. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Fulfillment Services
My manufacturer and customers are based in the US so the main fulfillment service I use is a company called Red Stag: https://redstagfulfillment.com/. They're really accommodating but if you're not in the US idk of any other services. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Choosing a 3pl
I was looking for a 3PL provider a few months ago for my small private-label brand here in the US and settled for Red Stag. They do all the usual logistic stuff for both B2B and B2C online retailers. They have warehouses close to both east and west coast so they can offer decent shipping times across the states. Just my two cents. I'm still quite new to the space of outsourcing logistics so I don't know what... Source: about 3 years ago
