The last official was provided by RadioSure.com before it was permanently shut down. Some enthusiasts have set up the newer database from an entirely separate source. We have tried to integrate stations from 'last official' without much success. The database we use is controlled by another person completely, we have just converted it to work with RadioSure. Turns out Mocha Radio uses radio-browser.info (I emailed the developer) but it sounds like he just pulls a static list when they update the app so it might be a long time before newly added stations show up. Source: over 2 years ago
/u/legafr coded a conversion of the radio-browser database into the .rsd need for the RadioSure app. The merger I created from your last automated update and my addition/edit of two stations is completely separate.
