  • Biofeedback home devices - recommendations?
I use this service for monthly tracking (also work there). Source: over 1 year ago
  • Uploading blood results useful?
Hey, I'm a cofounder at SiPhox Health... We have a dashboard that combines at-home blood test data and wearable data like sleep and activity. We noticed that inside tracker charges over a $100 to upload your 3rd party blood test data to their dashboard (more than we charge for a blood test). With a little bit of effort, we can make a tool to do that for free. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Quantified Self "Coach"
Not sure this is what you are looking for exactly but getquantify.io might be a good low friction starting point for blood and wearable data. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Seeking motivation in a pill
I use getquantify.io for my cortisol and testosterone (where I work). https://www.palomahealth.com/home-thyroid-blood-test-kit this company is good for thyroid I have heard. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How can you gauge your poor health precisely?
SiPhox Health is a lower cost alternative to inside tracker that launched recently. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Anyone interested in doing a before and after snapshot of blood biomarkers after a month of sleep optimization?
Hey, I work at SiPhox Health, an at-home biomarker tracking company (we combine biomarkers like cortisol and inflammation, metabolic markers with sleep tracking and so on). Source: over 1 year ago
  • Do you track blood biomarkers? If so which ones?
All of this is just through getquantify.io (I work there just fyi, that's one of the reasons I took so many tests this summer). Source: over 1 year ago
  • Finally fixed my testosterone! (32, average weight) Repeated tracking.
I used a blood testing service from getquantify.io they use a CLIA certified lab and ship their kits to Canada. They have a monthly testing plan for like $99 a test. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Scientific tracking of response to nootropics/ supplements.
I started using Quantify to actually get some answers on things like this. I found out I had low homocysteine too and was recommended to supplement with NAC. So when I do my next test with them I'll see if its improving or not. Pretty cool stuff. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Sleepy during the day, but wide awake during the evening/night. How do I change this?
Can see how this circadian disruption is affecting your biomarkers with something like getquantify.io Otherwise you're just guessing about what might be wrong. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Really painful blood test
Not sure why you're doing the tests, but there's alternatives to venous draws out there. My gf refuses to do them, and instead we do a series of at-home tests thru quantify and bring the results to our doctor so they can confirm the plan we have. Doctor is surprisingly ok with it and can feel at peace about her health. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Feasibility and advisability of artificially elevating triglycerides for a blood test?
Not the exact same sit, but have friends who artifically move their T levels for you know what prescription. Something the first guy got wrong was not knowing if his were low enough. So next couple friends did at-homes tests thru quantify to confirm that they were actually at the levels they needed for the prescription they wanted. Doesnt seem that intuitive, but make sure u know your levels 100% before u go so u... Source: over 1 year ago
  • Aside from a blood test, are there any ways to know if your t levels are too high and converting to e?
Ok my doc also wouldn't let me get a blood test earlier, so I used Quantify because I didnt wanna screw myself by waiting. there reports are quite interesting and was able to see T, dhea, and others. Always heard vit d is out of range for most people and my doc doesnt test, so found out about that too. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Finasteride 7 months in. Blood test results.
Definitely don't recommend staying in the dark. When I was on F I was blood testing every week with Quantify to make sure I was obliterating my health for the rest of my life. Reports end up looking like this so u can see changes over time. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How to fix low homocysteine levels/what it means
Recently found out through Quantify my homocysteine is well out of range (too low). Does anyone have experience fixing this? I know I've seen supplementation with glutathione/taurine. Also know that high homocysteine is a cardiovascular risk indicator, but could low homocysteine mean anything physiologically? thanks. Source: over 1 year ago
