  I do the same thing and use Place-it by envato elements. It’s a really cheap subscription. I would pay for 1 month, get all the images I required and cancel until I needed the next batch.   Unless you have a portfolio to show off I would say scam. They just pay for a website subscription like https://placeit.net after 1 order they already paid for the month.   Try to use all 10 images slots. I know this is not always easy. For my shop, I make graphics in Canva to promote my social media, for example, "Join the fun on Instagram" with my Instagram handle.   There is a site called https://placeit.net/ but its really just to visualize it. I don't think it will really help with measurements since its strictly just a visual mock up with your designs but doesn't account for relative sizes.
