That already exists, and is a relatively robust market, with multiple providers. I used https://pianomarvel.com/ for a while during COVID with some success. - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
I found pianomarvel.com to be excellent for this. They have a sight-reading test which you can literally take every single day. It uses hundreds if not thousands of pieces of music so there you almost never play the same piece twice. Source: about 1 year ago

I was actually just thinking about that yesterday, and I read on an article a recommendation for pianomarvel.com. I'll give it a go during the free 30 days trial and see if it's worth subscribing to. Their sightreading app seems quite interesting. Source: over 1 year ago
Marvel Piano has that kind of features, except it cannot import MIDI IIRC. Source: over 1 year ago

It is a difficult piece, but as you know it is well worth the time investment as this song is universally loved and fun to play. This song is included in the pianomarvel.com library. I would recommend getting a trial with them as it is a great tool to pick up hard songs much faster than if you were teaching yourself or through YouTube tutorials. Source: over 2 years ago
Roughly 25 years ago, I had a computer program that connected to my (piano) keyboard with a wire. It wasn't just a follow-along program (like https://pianomarvel.com/ and https://www.synthesiagame.com/ seem to be). It had a bunch of "games" on it. Like, one I vaguely remember was a bunch of ducks flying across the screen, and they had a note written on them. I had to press the note to shoot them. Source: over 2 years ago
