    First: organization. Like u/BuntStiftLecker said above, use EXIF data. To respond to your question above, you will need software. Any respectable photo software can do it. Lightroom is a classic example, though I would also recommend Photo Mechanic by Camerabits. It's professional ingest and tagging software. 30 day free trial.
