Applications rose this year. By quite a bit. They did for all Philly area schools that divulge them. Was an article on this on inquirer.com a couple of months ago. Source: about 2 years ago

Thanks. IIRC, the reason I needed Wipr is because Adguard didn't block cookies for my cit's local news site (inquirer.com) that I read daily. Wipr does. Source: over 2 years ago
