Using the PDF you get from the $5 ediploma version, I used this website to convert the second page to a JPG which is great quality for taking to a print shop for a fraction of the cost! Somewhat relevant, that's the site I've been using but sometimes it does this thing where the image that comes out has like masks and stuff removed? I'm not sure why, but using https://smallpdf.com/pdf-to-jpg instead has seemed to solve it. Source: almost 3 years ago
