Depending on who your landline service provider is, you may be able to use the free spam-blocking service NoMoRobo. At our previous address, we used NoMoRobo and the spam/telemarketing/spoofed calls dropped immediately from 5+ daily to one every three or four months. Source: about 3 years ago
