There are some thing you can do like run a chatbot of somekind that would provide some level of custom interaction for your streams. There are ones like nightbot which are fairly off the shelf and work pretty well. There are more involved ones that link up with discord in some fashion as well but I'm not as familiar with those. Automod exists from twitch. It auto filters a lot of stuff but its not perfect. As well you don't need to learn how to code to add a bot to your chat to moderate it. You can get something like moobot or nightbot which have their own little websites/dashboards to set them up.
