# Just get your distro's logo off nerdfonts.com. Source: almost 2 years ago
When I saw this it was because my terminal was using a separate font for the nerd fonts. I switched to a patched font from that site which I think also scales the symbols correctly. Source: almost 2 years ago
Go to nerdfonts.com and find there these icons and copy them to your configuration files. I don't know why, but there are some difference in the same icons from other sites to be properly show by nerd fonts. Source: over 2 years ago
I'd recommend https://nerdfonts.com for your programming typography needs, it has a nice browser. Source: over 2 years ago
And also, you should have researched more. Setting a mono font doesn't do, you have to use a patched font with the icons, download something from https://nerdfonts.com and set it, that should fix it. Source: over 2 years ago
Must be a Nerd Font, download from https://nerdfonts.com. Source: over 2 years ago
I looked up those character codes on nerdfonts.com (I'm using hack nerd font) and it came back with nothing. Is there a way for me to change this? It clearly has the correct character icons in the font if it can be displayed from treemacs, right? Source: over 2 years ago
Have you heard of nerdfonts.com I use JetBrainsMono with Kitty. Source: over 2 years ago
In order to get the icons to show up, you must install Nerd Fonts Symbols. You can grab them from nerdfonts.com or install `ttf-nerd-fonts-symbols`. The name may be different depending on the distro, but I am sure you can find it with a simple search using your package manager. Source: over 2 years ago
Looks like you don't have the right font. Try using a nerd font from https://nerdfonts.com/. Source: about 3 years ago
Once again, nerdfonts.com for the icons in the font. Good stuff. :). Source: about 3 years ago
Nerdfonts.com for the patched Iosevka font. Source: about 3 years ago
The only hing now is that it appears to be rendering the wrong ones, e.g. The default ones look kinda off, and it doesn't seem to work right even when I copy the same icons from nerdfonts.com. Source: about 3 years ago
You can insert arbitrary UTF-8 characters by doing insert C-v u , and yank/paste them as any other string or character. Do note that some terminals or guis have problems with wide characters, and your font needs to support the character or else it shows as blank or an ugly placeholder. I recommend https://nerdfonts.com as they have extra symbols and a web interface to look up the characters you want. Source: over 3 years ago
I always use nerd fonts you just have to download the font you like and install it, they have all the icons and glyphs included even vim devicons I think. Source: almost 4 years ago
The glyps depend on which font you're using. Try nerdfonts.com for example and see if you get all your glyphs to show by using fira code nerd font (as it's the one with the most of those glyphs & ligatures support as far as I can tell). Source: almost 4 years ago
