  I'm using one called "Muse" right now. It's a headband that you wear overnight that tracks brain waves, heart rate, and movement. Not cheap, but it gives you a TON of data. On the less expensive side, there's also this app I discovered called "Mintal" that uses your phone's microphone to track your sleep.
