I found something called Mobirise which seems to tick all my boxes. It definitely runs offline (it's a Windows executable and I disabled wi-fi to confirm) and exports my site locally as HTML as well as publishing direct to my domain, so that's good. It looks okay so far and hasn't been too hard for me to deal with. I'll stick with this for now, I think. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago

Search for free website editors. It depends on what features you want for your site. Mobirise free might be enough - https://mobirise.com/ - but you'd have to pay for the frills. Coffee up is easy. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago

However I can directed people to the apparent GitHub of the Roxxcart site here https://github.com/DystopianBoy/roxxcart and that the site appears to be created via a free website builder called Mobrise. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago

Hi all! I've been searching for a pirated copy of Mobirise. It's a WYSIWYG kind of a website builder. I've been searching for it for a long time but couldn't find it, except for a severely outdated version from more than 2 years ago. Does anyone know how to obtain it? - Source: Reddit / about 2 years ago
