Try mixing in key. It changed my whole sound. But limits what can be played. I use Mixed In Key to look through my entire library and match up songs I normally wouldn’t have thought to. Source: about 1 year ago
I’ve made a practice of scanning my sample library with Mixed in Key and have each sample labeled with a code [Key&BPM] so that I can search for compatible audio clips with ease. I don’t limit my search to exact key matches either, so harmonic elements are always within reach. Source: over 1 year ago
I have taken the liberty of labeling each file with the BPM and Key for ease of use, however they may not be entirely accurate as I am using Mixed in Key to automatically detect this stuff as it would just take way too much time otherwise. There's not much I can do when it comes to tempo and key-changes, so I apologize in advance if they are mislabeled. Source: over 1 year ago

There are external applications that can help you manage your cue points, names, and assign colors. I don't remember which one it was but check out https://rekord.cloud/ or https://mixedinkey.com/. There's another one as well but I forgot what the name was. Source: almost 2 years ago

This is a very popular tool used by... Source: about 2 years ago

Also some useful software, Mixed In Key, will scrub your music files and tell you what key they're in (also finds BPM, cue points, etc.). You want to mix music that has the same/similar key and same/similar BPMs. Source: over 2 years ago
Most DJs use mixed in key to analyse their ID3 tags and Metadata. Source: over 2 years ago

If you aren't able to hear the dissonance yourself you can look up the key for most songs pretty easily. MixedInKey is software that will do it for you but they also have a short guide explaining how to adjust the pitch to get songs to match better. Just note you won't really be able to mix a song that is in a major key with one in a minor key without a lot of extra effort. Source: almost 3 years ago
