I checked it this morning but the price seems excessive - if you could at least select only Executive folks, then it could be considered, but having to license the whole company, 10 bucks a head, that's a lot. Scheduling Assistant has the disadvantage of only working within your department. When trying to schedule with people from other depts, use FindTime to offer a selection of timeslots that people can vote for (like Doodle or Calendly, but "free" [included in the Office E3 license]). You can use FindTime (https://findtime.microsoft.com) to create meeting polls that you can send to your client based on you and/or your colleagues availability. Everyone including your client can choose a date and time that works best for them by voting based on popularity (Preferred, Yes, No). Since you won't have visibility into your clients free/busy, they can also add times to the meeting poll that may work... Source: almost 3 years ago
