As someone doing everything with vanilla JS and having troubles with getting deep into any web frameworks (especially React), Svelte has been a godsend. I'm in love with the philosophy and approach and its natural combination of JS/CSS/HTML is, in my personal bubble, second to none. Most recent experiment was https://meoweler.com, but I'm now trying more complex projects and can't sing high enough praises. I... - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
I'm a designer claiming to also know a bit of engineering. Proving it by building a programming game – https://yare.io – was very useful in all interviews. And I hope that in the current AI boom, building https://meoweler.com will prove at least tiny bit useful when trying to get into AI jobs. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago

Recently built this with it: https://meoweler.com At least for small projects like this, it's perfect. For something larger/complex I'd be a bit more weary. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
As someone who has been doing basically only vanilla JS stuff, I have been having a lot of fun with Svelte. Created this website with it recently: https://meoweler.com The natural symbiosis of html/css/js + reactivity is truly great. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
