  I use an app called "AntennaPod" to listen to the podcasts and they both reach out to some service called megaphone.fm to get the list of episodes and stream them. As far as I can tell megaphone.fm itself doesn't seem to have any issues, but it only seems to be Triforce and Peculiar Portions I'm having trouble streaming. Source: over 1 year ago

  I have had a similar problem with Musicbee. It seems to choke on podcasts hosted by megaphone.fm. No VPN here. I moved those subscriptions over to Media Monkey, which downloads them just fine. I don't know if it's the same issue with Podcast Addict. Source: over 1 year ago

• Did the BS Pod just go Spotify exclusive? (None of his pods working on pocket casts or apple)

  His RSS feed's certificate just expired. It was valid from 5/29/2020 to 5/30/2022. It was for *.megaphone.fm so any podcast hosted by megaphone.fm should be down right now. Source: almost 2 years ago

  Sounds like the podcast you were trying to listen to is hosted on megaphone.fm and that's why. Has nothing to do with Pocket Casts and the link you posted in the edit with an explanation even says that. Source: over 2 years ago

  If you have some kind of dns level ad-blocker, my guess is they just yesterday added megaphone.fm to their filter and your phone just updated the filter list. Source: over 2 years ago
