Completely digitized our HR processes in a single day
Because of Manatal's robust feature set, including AI candidate scoring, ease of use, and reasonable pricing, we decided to adopt it as our application tracking system. Results so far have exceeded our expectations, and the implementation within the team went perfectly.

👍 Pros: The system is designed to be easy to use and comes complete with everything that is necessary for the recruiting process. when compared to manatal, the other two platforms we tested at the same time both had overly complex user interfaces. it was well worth the price we paid.

👎 Cons: Although we would like more say in how the career page appears, we must acknowledge its remarkably straightforward design. now that we are managing our career page in-house, rather than outsourcing the work to a freelancer, we are able to save costs.
