Client collaboration made simple
Manatal enabled our agency to grow. As a starting point, it provides an extensive collection of tools that are both cost - effective and extensible.

👍 Pros: It's nice that we can share candidates directly with our clients in manatal. in this way, there's no longer a need to send profiles by email. all feedback and interactions are kept in the same place. besides that, this is free. instead of sending emails back and forth, we can now work together much more quickly.

👎 Cons: In general, the ai recommendation function works very well english resumes. it could be better for resumes in other languages than english, though. nevertheless, the boolean search works effectively and still enables us to swiftly recognize potential candidates.
