If I know for certain I want the book as a bounded book, I'll print it out at Lulu xPress. I often do this with out-of-print/never-in-print books I want (like Green War for Cyberpunk 2020) or books I want in different sizes (going between A4 and A5, for example). Lulu xPress offers a lot of options, has enough quality for my purposes, and is fairly affordable. Source: almost 2 years ago
You can get a cheap print in a form of a real book on Lulu Express. This is how I've printed On Lisp by Paul Graham. When I was using that service the first purchase had a discount but I forget to use it. Check first if there are no discounts for the first order. Source: almost 2 years ago
