• Refund Card Frozen

  I ordered some items from Lowes.com and they were out of stock after I ordered so they fedexed me a refund card cause I paid with gift card. I immediately got back on lowes.com and to buy replacement item and refund card didn't work, so I called support for about an hour and they couldn't get refund card to work and told me it was likely locked to in-store use only.   What you are describing is not and installation problem but is a problem with the product, i.e. Thickness of the material.   I actually have no idea what the benefit actually is technically speaking, nor did any Lowes employee I ever spoke to. It was just like a 10% (?) discount which was automatically applied to items only online as "contract pricing" when I was logged into my pro account. This used to only work on lowesforpros.com, but they merged that site with the regular lowes.com maybe a year ago, however it had still been working... Source: over 3 years ago

I checked several of them, from several different brands, and every one of them is listed as "Power cord included: No (sold separately)". Did you have your stove professionally installed?   Just note that T-Mobile (as well as Starlink, AT&T Wireless Internet, Verizon Wireless Internet, etc) all use "CGNAT" (Carrier-grade NAT) which can cause issues in some use cases. For example, I have AT&T DirecTV Stream which allows unlimited in home streaming devices but since I'm on a CGNAT, I can't set a "home" location so I'm limited to 3 streams which isn't a big deal for me as I don't have a house full of...   I can garuntee you, im not the only guy that did this. Buy some new tool set IRL. Get home and look it up on lowes.com. Then see they offer a gift when buying online. Wonder why they do this. Source: over 3 years ago

  Anyway, I went under order history and only option was for in-store return. I called cust. Service and they tried and said they couldn't do a pick up or replacement either and only option is store return and then re-buy as new order. I didn't ask this on the phone as I just saw gift card is returned as in-store credit only. Assuming that's truly the case, the item is only on lowes.com. Can the store re-order the...
