Both have a Ruida controller, a dsp commercial type, which allows either RDWorks (Windows only) or Lightburn (Windows, Mac and Linux). Well worth it and they have a free trial with a fully functional version of Lightburn. Lightburn support grbl, co2 gantry and fiber/co3 galvo machines. It looks like you have a Arduino NANO running this, I would guess then it is likely GRBL for the Arduino. You may need install CH350 driver to get it to connect, then you can use CNCJs to connect and test movement, I like it as it has a nice clean interface and options for lasers. You could also try the included software as well. I do recommend lightburn as it makes it really easy to use. That one isnt free like... Source: about 2 years ago
