What you are looking for is usually called a 'saas boilerplate' or 'saas starter kit', in the Laravel world (my primary tech stack) we have Laravel Spark, you can probably find equivilants in most popular frameworks, just google 'node js saas starter kit' or 'ruby on rail saas starter kit' etc. Source: over 2 years ago

$1000/yr is steep for starting a project from scratch with it. You need to really be sure about needing it and about it paying for itself. The Rails equivalent (https://jumpstartrails.com/) is $249/year and the Laravel equivalent (https://spark.laravel.com/) is $99/project. The Laravel community has a similar offering called Laravel Spark[0], and while it's priced differently ($99/proj or $199/unlimited), the gist is the same. The problem that folks I've talked to run into is that you could easily spend 3x-5x the time trying to figure out why the boilerplate did one thing vs. another, or end up spending time undoing something that doesn't necessarily fit. If you're wanting to build your own MVP and are learning to code I would recommend looking into two products that are PHP based that will provide you with the basics of what you'll need to start a Software as a Service, like a user system, payments, etc so you would just need to focus on your MVP functionality instead of reinventing the wheel.
