  • Login no longer works and all Keenhome.io emails bounce
I noticed that my iPhone app just had a blank screen when launching. I cannot log in and pass reset cannot find my login. All keenhome.io mail contacts now bounce back. Contact and Help just bounce too. Did they go out of business? Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Can not get one of the rooms in my house above 70 degrees in the winter. What can be done? It’s a 1200 sq Ft home with a furnace in the basement. Most of the rooms feel pretty good. But I can feel the heat significantly cooler than other rooms coming out of the vent in the wall.
Smart vents. Changed my whole house's heating profile and makes things balanced out year round. A bit expensive investment up front, but cheaper than pulling down drywall and re-ducting your house. Two options are Keen and Flair. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Help! Upstairs way hotter then downstairs
Consider a multizone system if your new forced air unit supports it. If not or just as an alternative you can look at something like KeenHome. Source: over 2 years ago

  • AC not getting to 2nd Floor
There is a smart home company that makes adjustable floor diffusers, much cheaper option for your application. https://keenhome.io/. Source: over 2 years ago
  • How to get more cold air on second floor in single zone system?
There are a couple options. One is to partially close the vents on the lower floors, forcing more air upstairs. This will take quite a bit of fiddling to do but doesn't have any hard costs. Another option is to turn your home into a multi-zone system using smart vents like these: https://keenhome.io/. (Transparency - I have not used these, I don't get anything from these, but I have considered these for a... Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Google Nest Learning Thermostat
You want a smart vent like this. That one has a low rating on Amazon. Having a zone controller installed by a HVAC pro might be a better choice but obviously more expensive. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Smart registers?
Although we use ecobee, I believe Keen Home smart vents also are Nest compatible. We have however, connected ours via Smartthings using maison ecomatiq’s solution which we find offers more flexibility. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Is there some kind of simple mechanical device that can latch on to my HVAC vent switch to move it?
Hi welcome to home automation. Here is a website of some smart air vents. Keen Home. Source: about 3 years ago
