My only issue is Join does not work on Firefox. 😭 Maybe I should try the windows app again. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Alternatively you may wanna try Join by Joao. Https://joaoapps.com/join/ It's more of a mirroring app for your mobile and computer, so probably not what you'd use with a client but at home. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
Well, I'm not sure if Join will meet your requirements, however, it's powerful tool itself and even more if you combine it with Tasker. It requires Google login, but it allows apps to interact not only on the same network. Take a look here to know more. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
There are multiple solutions, but the easy way is using JOIN. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
First, I use "Test Tasker Action" to retrieve an Array with the name of all local variables ("%localvars"); Second, I use "JavaScriptlet Action" to iterate the array an save the content of each variable in a "JSON format" (e.g.: "%var": "value"); Then, I show a List Dialog , and the user is able to copy the selected items, or all. The main app is Join, it replicates AirDrop, synces the clipboard and let's you access your whole file system, mirrors notifications and even let's you call and write SMS from PC. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
You could take a look at this: https://joaoapps.com/join/. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
Yes, there's the app "Join", which looks kinda bare bone and outdated but works marvelously! You can install it on your Mac and also works in the browser. You can not only send stuff, but you also have access to your phone file system remotely, see/send messages, mirror notifications, and much, much more 😉✨. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
Airdrop is for iOS devices only. There are other options, which do the same. I personally would recommend "Join", which is an app that can run on Mac, Windows, Android, in browsers and much more. You can mirror notifications, send/receive links, pictures and files. You can even remotely see the Android storage and copy pics/data from/to it to your computer etc. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
The Join browser extension/add-on and the desktop app can do this. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
Join [30-day trial, $5 one time purchase] does almost everything Pushbullet does + a few extras. It can initiate/answer/end calls from your PC but you need to pick up your phone (unless you have wired/bt headphones connected to the phone). The call interface is a bit clunky but functional. All of this works over the internet, though with local wifi certain things work better (faster file transfers). - Source: Reddit / 11 months ago
Unfortunately I have no way of getting MMS myself so I can't test this 😅 Do those MMS appear correctly in Join? - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago
Same for me with Pushbullet switching to subscription which ended up sending me to Join. Sometimes things work out for the better. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
Maybe you could use Join to send a message from the reader to the tablet when the reader reads the NFC? :) That way you could do what you want on the tablet. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
I haven't seen this before. Is this different than Join that works with Tasker (same dev) join. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
I already use mine to listen to podcasts in the background while gaming (using Grover Pro), and now I've discovered that you can mirror your phone's notifications to your Xbox using an app called Join. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
Found the desktop app at https://joaoapps.com/join/desktop, but there is no mention of that on https://joaoapps.com/join/. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
Surprised nobody has said this one yet - join should do the job (and more). - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
Shortcut section in Join https://joaoapps.com/join/ are not updated, stuck to the first two I created while there're new ones. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
