It's a vastly more challenging task, but I'm really interested in trying to automate sustainable smallholder agriculture. Things like robots that are adaptable to 30 different species within a food forest. Heck, it doesn't even have to be fully automated; anything that helps a smallholder permaculturalist produce more food per unit labor is a win in my book, be it small electric UAVs or picosats that can report...
