For bookmarks, you need something different, and it sounds like you’d rather sync them instead of doing a one-time transfer, since you still have a Chromebook? I don’t use Chrome anymore so I haven’t tried it, but Apple makes an iCloud Bookmarks extension for desktop Chrome that syncs bookmarks between Chrome and Safari. Source: over 3 years ago
