Hotjar Review

We've used Hotjar to record user behaviour on the platform in order to help us help our users by fixing issues faster and proactively improving the layout of key pages with the visitor in mind. Hotjar's heatmaps feature is useful to help us inform if the person reading had got bored with the page content and we should shorten our formatting as a result.
