Hi. I am looking at using Sharepoint in a Law Office. Outlook and E-mail integration is really important. I see there are tools like Colligo and harmon.ie. Pros/Cons of those tools. Any other suggestions? Source: over 1 year ago
I tried to remove harmon.ie from Outlook and add it again (after a restart), I tried deinstalling and reinstalling it again, all without success. I do not know if she is the only user with this issue, but I haven't received any tickets from other colleagues. But not all people use harmon.ie, many use the Sharepoint website... Email logging can be a bit tricky, as SharePoint will see them as "Files", and so the value will be in good metadata as you log them. Stringing them together in a readable fashion might be tricky when using SharePoint as the storage mechanism.
