  I don't know if it'll be accurate enough to measure an astigmatic prescription but I saw at glassesusa.com that they have an app that'll measure your current prescription from your current glasses. I've been meaning to play with that for a while; might be good for your to check into. But I'd definitely go somewhere else and get your eyes remeasured. It's worth the reinvestment.
