1) Don't route trace under R1 that runs from USB1 to J3, because you have plenty of free space to go around R1. You need to review copper layers one a time without any other copper layers so you can catch these types of issues. If EasyEDA can't do it, then use a 3rd party gerber file viewer, such as gerbv or various online gerber viewers. Source: over 2 years ago
