Well, I think some stuff should be random, but there is to much genetic diseases, and soon we should take evolution of human in our hands creating these "designer babies". I see this as https://generated.photos/ but for DNA, but this a futurist idea, where we fed AI with as many DNA samples as we could with body scans and medical data, and the output would be still randomized, but we could agree on some of these...
