I have been using the Full Focus Planner for the last 8 months. I got so busy I didn't have the time to make a new spread every week. These planners are super nice (a bit pricy), very detailed, and are in a quarterly format. Very goal oriented and thicker than a typical journal. There is some space to reflect on goals (e.g., what worked, what didn't work), but not mindfulness exercises per se. Source: over 2 years ago
