  • Free High-Quality Photos, Videos, Music and More: A Guide to Royalty-Free Media
Free Music Archive - Music for video, podcasts, etc licensed under Creative Commons. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
  • Where to get feedback
Put it on sites where you can get free music (usually CC-BY licensed) - like https://freemusicarchive.org and several others. Source: 9 months ago
  • Music services for podcasters

  • Podcast intro/outro music
Free Music Archive has royalty free Creative Commons music. Tons of it, though you have to check the licenses carefully. A lot of them are for non-commercial projects only, so if you ever plan to sell an ad or otherwise make money on your show, don't use those. Still a lot to choose from, though, at least the last time I used it a couple years ago, the discovery tools weren't great. https://freemusicarchive.org/. Source: 11 months ago
  • Hey, does anyone know where I could find CC0 licensed music?
I've used https://freemusicarchive.org/ before. Should show the copyright info for each song. Source: about 1 year ago
  • I was playing around with the advanced camera and tried taking photos in fast succession to mirror early motion picture technology from the era (though the frame rate is probably even worse than what was in the 1890’s) It requires patience but I’d love to see people try and film authentic westerns
Everytime I need a song for a video I just look for stuff on Free Music Archive or something like that. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Royalty-free disabled musicians?
I'm not sure if the musicians share whether or not they have a disability on their profiles, but you can find Creative Commons licensed music on Free Music Archive - https://freemusicarchive.org/ - and then could always ask the artists or look up if they mention disability in their history. • [DEV] Neologic! A puzzle game with no ads/IAP. More info in comments.
Music is from https://freemusicarchive.org/. I tend to use the same music in most of my games. Source: about 1 year ago

  • Trying to find a website that has deleted songs.
You can also try https://archive.org https://freemusicarchive.org/ but it would be a long shot — some radio stations put up live performances they recorded to these, or podcast owners will post their past episodes. Source: over 1 year ago

  • search by multiple tags and license
I remembered the other one I like - freemusicarchive.org. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Thinking of branching to VA
For the SFX and background audio, I'm mainly using https://freesound.org/ and https://freemusicarchive.org/. For some of the ambiance, if I'm sitting somewhere with interesting sounds, I'll just record it on my phone or with a small recorder I occasionally carry. Source: over 1 year ago
  • zig-gamedev: audio experiments sample app (wgpu, cross-platfrom)
"Night Owl" by "Broke For Free" downloaded from https://freemusicarchive.org. Source: over 1 year ago
  • LOTS of Royalty-Free Music
If you have the money though, you can always license music. The cheaper licenses usually appear on sites like Bandcamp and Free Music Archive, or you can get written approval from an artist you like. Don't be expecting JayZ to mail you back though, he will probably be expecting a Huuuuuuge sum of cash. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Help please
If you want pirated music, than I doubt that it is the right subreddit. If you want royalty free music then you can search bensound.com, freemusicarchive.org etc. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • I think I'm getting scammed under Youtube Content ID?
As far as I see the music is from https://freemusicarchive.org/ as a source. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • What do you guys do for music?
For free music check out freemusicarchive.org -- there are a lot of interesting options there but it can take some digging. If you have a few dollars to spend, try royalty-free libraries like www.premiumbeat.com or www.sessions.blue And if here's a helpful overview of the legal stuff :) www.thepodcasthost.com/q-and-a/find-podcast-music/. • Spotify music on videos?
Ever heard of music copyrights? If you use Instagram for your vids, you can choose a song there within IG but can't "edit" the video to the music. There are a ton of music licensing websites but they probably won't have what you're looking for specifically. freemusicarchive.org has some stuff that is common license stuff but yeah you can't just use any song you want these days... Video editor platforms don't let... Source: over 2 years ago
  • how to legally use youtube music on my video
Use royalty free or creative commons music from https://freemusicarchive.org/ or https://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-music/2 or something similar. Generally, speeding up or slowing down songs might get them past YouTube's copyright checker, but doesn't actually make them legal to use, depending on their copyright. Source: over 2 years ago
