I sure hope you're right, but if you go to finviz.com and scroll to the bottom, you'll see the insider transactions. It looks like about three dozen more or less, and with one exception, a purchase of 11,940 shares for $5,009, all of the insiders have been selling, including Diane. If close to truth Short Sellers with 40% of Fisker $FSR Float Shorted will be squeezed like a Lemonade $LMND. Per finviz.com over 40.30% of Float is shorted. Some one is going to be very wrong and 40% does not include FTD or Naked Short Sales allowed by SEC under REG SHO.
