As an aside, Jayztwocents once featured this neat fan control software you might be interested in. Interested to know what pcmr reddit's opinion of this software is, too. Source: 10 months ago
You can try https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases for fan control. For the pump and radiator fans it will be in CAM and you can set a curve for them. Everyone is different on what curve to set so just monitor temps with something like HWinfo64 https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ and adjust until you get an acceptable balance. Source: 11 months ago
Optional and final step: You can install a fan control software (HERE). This software will automanage your fans and you can search for tutorials on how to use it on youtube. Source: 11 months ago

If it's the fans, you can download fancontrol by Rem0o on github. Then, you can test each fan Https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases. Source: about 1 year ago
The key thing here is to set the right fan curve and link it to the GPU. I used the free FanControl software recommended by JayzTwoCents to ramp up the fans once the gpu temp hits about 65°C. Below that I just leave them off since they are small fans and a bit noisy, I don't need them unless the GPU is under serious load. There was no option to set the fan curve directly to the memory junction temperature sensor... Source: about 1 year ago
Try use 3rd party software , one my recommend is this https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases. Source: about 1 year ago
Or use fan control, always if you aren't using a pre built that lacks such controls. Source: about 1 year ago

Hey all. So I have 2 arrays of 3 daisy chained AL120's.. So 6 fans in total and both arrays linked to the uni hub that came with the starter kit. I want to use FanControl to control the curves based of different sensors but FanControl doesn't seem to recognize the hub that is connected on one of my Mobo's fan headers. Source: about 1 year ago
Damn that bottom intake better be working fine, for that 4090 :D I just downloaded FanControl and am extremly happy with it, in case you need a good fan controlling software Https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases. Source: about 1 year ago
I downloaded https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases and I saw that fan 1 is not controllable. I tested the wires and it seemed everything is plugged in so I am not sure why its not working. Source: about 1 year ago
Something like this may be what you're looking for. It has a bit of a learning curve but here's Jayztwocents going over the software. Source: about 1 year ago
Not sure what to say. Did you try all permutations ? Sometimes fan headers need to be set to DC, even if they're PWM fans and vice versa. Some motherboards are great at fan control, some just plain such at it. You could try this fan control program: https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases. Source: about 1 year ago
That's a good suggestion..i actually just downloaded this a couple hours ago and it's doing exactly what I want. https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases. Source: over 1 year ago

All fans were turned off using this open-source software. I know fans can make a similar sound when starting from 0rpm but I excluded that possibility. Source: over 1 year ago
Uninstall that shit and use Fan Control: https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases. Source: over 1 year ago
I do this by running stress tests on different components, while monitoring HWiNFO and MSI afterburner. Cinebench r23 for CPU. And honestly my favorite game for GPU. You can use software like Fan Control to speed up your fans to test them as well, video explaining fan control. Source: over 1 year ago
I use HWinfo to monitor all my temps. And I like FanControl software and here's a good video explaining it. Source: over 1 year ago
