  I watched both the US and UK versions of the show via VPN. Any VPN should work. Just look up "best free VPN client" or something along those lines. The Australian version is on 9Now. I watched the UK version on channel4.com. Remember that you have to choose the VPN server from Australia if you are watching the Australian version and you have to choose the VPN server from the UK if you are watching the UK version....   All4 (channel4.com) is a free streaming service, although it's region-locked to the UK so you'll have to get a VPN for that. (there are loads of free ones) You'll have to make an account on channel4.com to watch DHMIS (the website asks for a UK address when signing up, but you can leave it blank) but after you've made an account you can just search up "Don't Hug Me I'm Scared" and you can watch it :).
