   Transformed how we work together

   We started as a small team of content marketers and we used to rely on Google Drive with Google Sheets as our main collaboration tool. However, as our team increased in size, Google Drive wasn't able to keep up. It was decent when we were a small team and became a burden as we reached a certain size. Content creation is flawless with EasyContent’s help, thanks to automated workflow and email notifications. Their “brief” feature is also a great tool that helps us plan for future content.

   Automated workflows and superb email notifications.

   Its automated workflow system paired with approval management makes it a superb tool for content development. As a project manager, the timely email notifications let me track where everything is, allowing me to quickly make important decisions.

   👍 Pros:    Great email notification. the automated workflow makes it easy to create high-quality articles in a relatively quick manner. the ui is clean as well.

   👎 Cons:    No white-labeling options. no template duplication feature.

   Great Tool For Content Development Process

   We tried multiple platforms before, but nothing solved our woes better than EasyContent so far. Our team utilizes the help of freelancers, which means new people are joining and old people are leaving very frequently… The custom roles and permissions made it easy to manage and track our ever-changing team members.
