  For dungeons I find a random map, using Donjon if I don't find one that matches better, build and clutterify it in Dungeondraft, then import it to Foundry. I figure out the general types of monsters they'll face there (these are ancient ruined labs, the monsters are mostly ethereal undead, abberations, and some constructs and elementals) then I sort through AoN for a while picking out interesting looking beasties...   Good monster books are always welcome additions to any DM’s library. I would recommend starting with the Tome of Beasts series and the Monster Manual Expanded series. Hundreds of well put together monstrosities to throw at your players there.
