Could you show the partitions tab from dmde https://dmde.com/ and smart reading from crystaldiskinfo https://sourceforge.net/projects/crystaldiskinfo/files/9.2.1/CrystalDiskInfo9_2_1.exe/download. Source: 5 months ago
You can test with https://dmde.com/ free demo and see if it finds them too. This lets you recover up to 4000 files at a time, no size limit. Source: 10 months ago
Try see if you can restore it using this program: https://dmde.com/. Source: 11 months ago
Anyway, there are plenty of options for good data recovery software such as DMDE, Raise, Reclaime, UFS Explorer and so forth. Source: 11 months ago
Try R-Photo from r-tt.com or DMDE from dmde.com. Source: 12 months ago
I found a free software called DMDE the other day browsing reddit forums after deleting stuff I didn't mean to delete. It worked on a 2023 Macbook Pro to recover two RAF files I Had accidentally deleted on an SXDC card within the "delete photo" menu On my Fuji GFX100s. 10/10, would recommend, although the GUI is a bit Archaic and may be confusing to a novice user. Please download https://dmde.com/, select your drive from the 'Physical Devices' list, and post a screenshot of the 'Partitions' tab. Repeat for each of your affected drives. Source: almost 1 year ago
If it's a HDD, I don't think you'll have much luck restoring it to previous state, but you can probably get most/all of your data back with a tool like DMDE. Source: about 1 year ago
You could also download https://dmde.com/ and post a screenshot of the 'Partitions' tab. This may help us determine if the drive appears to be encrypted, or if there are recognizable partitions with something else going on. Source: about 1 year ago
Highly unlikely as u/Pitiful_Fudge_5536 and u/RecoveryForce already told you. You can check to make sure and use a disk editor such as DMDE (dmde.com) to view the drive's data in hex format. Source: about 1 year ago
Good, do not format it. Can you download https://dmde.com/, select your drive from 'Physical Devices', and upload a screenshot of the 'Partitions' tab? If you'd like to have an extra safety net, you can also clone / image the drive if you have enough extra storage, use 'Tools > Copy sectors' in DMDE. I suspect you should actually be able to undelete the partition and all data in-place though. Source: about 1 year ago
I've used DMDE at home and at work, it's pretty straightforward and has a clear license structure. You can try the free one and restore up to 4000 files at no cost to determine if it fits your needs. Source: about 1 year ago
Paid (but usable even on free mode): DMDE. Source: about 1 year ago
Are you able to see any partitions when examining the drive with the https://dmde.com/ tool? Source: about 1 year ago
Why are you trying to avoid the exact thing you need? Try https://dmde.com/, it will actually let you recover 1 folder / 4000 files at a time in its free demo. If there are sub-folders inside the deleted folder you'd have to recover each one at a time, or purchase a license to save yourself the hassle, starts at $20USD. If you don't get good results or don't like the program, other alternatives here:... Source: about 1 year ago
I suggest downloading https://dmde.com/, and first backup your drive to an image file. At the first menu, select 'Copy Sectors', source as 'Device' and select your flash drive. Destination as 'File' and save somewhere on your Mac's drive (or an external HDD). The image file will be equal in size to the total capacity of your flash drive, make sure you have enough space to save it. If DMDE cannot see or access... Source: over 1 year ago
Download https://dmde.com/, select your drive from the 'Physical Devices' list, then post a screenshot of the following 'Partitions' tab. Source: over 1 year ago
You would need to use data recovery software, or depending on how important the lost data is then take it to a data recovery professional athough that won't be free. DMDE free edition allows you to recover 4000 files. I'm not aware of any good quality solutions that are completely free. Source: over 1 year ago
So this? The manual mentions "boot sector copy", but not "sector copy". Source: over 1 year ago
Can you run DMDE https://dmde.com/ and post an image of the partitions of the drive. Source: over 1 year ago
I can not envision how so much of the file system just goes 'poof'. If we assume partition table issue for a minute; get demo DMDE (dmde.com), select the problematic disk, add screenshot of partitions TAB to your post. Source: over 1 year ago
