• How do we implement emotional intelligence on chatbots for them to better understand human emotions from a conversation and how would they respond to them accordingly?

  I worked with Dasha platform for some time (https://dasha.ai/) . In Dasha there is no emotional analysis itself, but in my opinion they have pretty strong NLU that is able to parse intents, entities and sentence types.
