Hi all, I've gotten pretty into constructing over the past 6 months (and more seriously over the past 2). My goal is to get one lightly-themed mini up on Crosshare everyday. All in all, things are slowly improving. The Times revamped their submission process, and though some outlets are steadfast in appealing to an older crowd, plenty of independent and smaller publishers are doing really good work to improve diversity.
