Great options for powerful bare metals. Fast interconnected network for server to server communication. Really great experience with sales/support. I'm always kept up to date and given detailed information about the progress of new server deployments and troubleshooting. Top notch service.

Self hosted Gitlab instance is an option. The only cost is hosting (personally I am using hetzner.com CPX31 instance, 16€ for 160GB a month but you can add 1TB volume for 45€ a month if you need more space). Just keep in mind that Gitlab needs about 8GB RAM to work correctly (it crashes on 2 and is only kinda stable on 4). You can also use an older computer or a NAS if you prefer to go that route.
