I absolutely LOVE zno.com. You layout your album and add text, etc. When you're ready, just order. They print and ship very high-quality books, and they're in your hands very quickly. I can do a lay-flat book of 100 pages, which allows around 400 photographs of a reasonable size. For the best photos, I do total pages or even spreads. My wife managed to find an application that has worked fantastically for us; FamilyAlbum. We're able to invite family members to it, whenever we upload pictures or video those who have been invited and installed the app get a notification so they can check. Source: over 1 year ago

Neither of us have social media besides Reddit to begin with. However, with our families scattered all over the place, we were finding text chains were getting unwieldy. We use FamilyAlbum now and couldn't be happier with it. Very private, easy to use for the grandparents, and they make adorable highlight reel movies.
