I have been advertising with Zillow as a premier agent for 5 months now, and I can tell you that it is 100% a scam. I needed a new place to allocate some advertising dollars and decided to give Zillow a try. Look for house prices on rightmove.co.uk or zoopla.co.uk . Look at the price - you need 10% of the price as a deposit. Take the remaing 90% of the value and divide by 4, or 4.5 .. that's the salary you'll need to get a mortgage to cover that much money. Roughly. Source: 11 months ago
