Unfortunately, median home values in Beachwood are higher than in Solon. See zillow.com home values. Source: 4 months ago
Dear All, my wife and I are planning to move to Boston and are looking for apartments in the greater Boston area. At the moment, we are still located in Germany. Therefore, we thought it might be good to first find a temporary accommodation (apartment) for 1-2 months to have some time until we find something permanent. However, we do not see any temporary offers on zillow.com, apartments.com, or... Source: 5 months ago
PS, I know zillow.com and realtor.com leads exist and have had success with those, but those leads can cost 35% which is insane and I'd rather pivot away from them over time. Source: 6 months ago
I have been advertising with Zillow as a premier agent for 5 months now, and I can tell you that it is 100% a scam. I needed a new place to allocate some advertising dollars and decided to give Zillow a try. The sales rep, Lindsay Caldwell, told me the number of leads per zip I would receive (43) for the spend I was willing to do ($3,000 a month). Zillow makes you sign a 6 month contract, and I was a bit hesitant... Source: 8 months ago
Palo Alto (good, but expensive, and I've looked on apartments.com, zillow.com and Relocity app and there aren't really a lot here). Source: 8 months ago
I'd say start searching now because you never know what you'll be able to find, try apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, maybe Craigslist if you're brave, and I found a site called roomies.com where you can find rooms and connect with like minded people also searching. I found my place quick; My employer let me know I got the job around 2 weeks before the start date, I found my current place within a week on... Source: 4 months ago
Even if you aren't renting, I'd look for places using apartments.com commute distance feature. All roads in NJ are not created equal. You'll be able to live much further(cheaper, prettier, more space) the further south or west you go, and more than likely 95 or 80 will serve you better than the Garden State Parkway, Route 1, 9, 18, 27, 130. If you aren't local, try places like zillow, apartments.com, rentcollegepads, or google places like JSM, MHM, Smile, Green Street Realty, University Group, Roland, Bankier, Ramshaw, etc. Source: 4 months ago
You have the budget to afford one of those luxury buildings. There aren't many (any?) in Somerville like that, I think it's due to permits/regulations or something. But if you up your budget filters on apartments.com you could still find something in Somerville with off street parking included. Source: 4 months ago
I always found hidden gems on Craigslist. People shit on it all the time but I preferred it over apartments.com and the like. No b/s, just pay the owner a flat fee monthly. Source: 4 months ago
