I have been advertising with Zillow as a premier agent for 5 months now, and I can tell you that it is 100% a scam. I needed a new place to allocate some advertising dollars and decided to give Zillow a try. I found the source. No place in ND made the top 100 list; neither did any make the Safest 100 list. visualcapitalist.com got the data from neighborhoodscout.com. I looked for another example of West Lafayette (Home of Perdue Univ.) having a lower crime rate than Lafayette so in terms of crime, a college satellite city (not sure if it is the right term) has a lower crime rate.
