  I've used Zeus Living - I had no credit history, so they asked for a pay stub. They had awesome customer support, I highly recommend them! Source: about 2 years ago

  You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: about 2 years ago
