You're welcome! I use Timeular (https://timeular.com), which I really like because it works with a cube that controls the timer. You roll it around and the side up is the timing category. I find the feedback of a physical object very useful. I've also used Toggl, which is feature rich, works great as a Chrome extension, and has tons of integrations. As a belt and braces approach you could try using something like visualping.io (others are available) to monitor the URL https://recruitment.raf.mod.uk/apply/applying-for?c=15&r=293&type=regular and check when the wording "THIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR NEW APPLICATIONS.
