You're welcome! I use Timeular (https://timeular.com), which I really like because it works with a cube that controls the timer. You roll it around and the side up is the timing category. I find the feedback of a physical object very useful. I've also used Toggl, which is feature rich, works great as a Chrome extension, and has tons of integrations. Admittedly, this is an issue with organization and can be solved with thorough cleanups, but I suspect that may disrupt the usual flow of non-PM people more. I am thinking of using a separate tool like craft.io or productboard.com to highlight strategies, roadmaps, cross-team initiatives, discoveries, etc. With a possible link to JIRA somehow.
